When I started writing this blog seven years ago, I was a single mom, living in Florida and focused on taking care of my kids, doing my job in Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing and content development, spending some time with friends and somehow, keeping it all together. I was often lonely and usually exhausted, but my kids made it ALL worth while.
Today, everything is so different.
I've been married for just over four years. And instead of living near the beach in Florida, I'm smack dab in the middle of Texas. Well, maybe not everything is different. I'm still a mom. Still trying to earn a good living. And still trying to figure out how to keep it all together.
I write this blog mostly because I need to. When I stay away from it, as I have way too often, everything seems to get out of whack. All of those "I should write about this" blog post ideas I think about while I'm driving around don't do me any good if I don't get them sorted out and onto the page.
